Refund & Return Policy

At Smart Bite Naturals, we carefully prepare and pack our products in small batches to maintain their quality and freshness.

Since our products are food items, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, taste preference or personal preference once the order has been delivered.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund

You may contact us if:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product/package was damaged during delivery.

  • The package was tampered with or received in an unacceptable condition.

  • Any product is missing from your order.

  • You receive a product with a genuine quality issue.

Reporting an Issue

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at our customer support/WhatsApp contact.

For damaged, tampered or incorrect orders, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the package and product

  • Unboxing video, where available

  • A brief description of the issue

We may request additional information to verify the complaint.

Replacement

Where the complaint is verified, Smart Bite Naturals may provide a replacement of the affected product at no additional product cost.

If replacement is not reasonably possible, we may process a refund for the affected product/order, as applicable.

Refunds

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase, subject to applicable payment-processing timelines and laws.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns/refunds are generally not available for:

  • Change of mind after placing the order

  • Taste or personal preference

  • Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer

  • Failure to receive the delivery due to the customer's unavailability or refusal, except where otherwise required by applicable law

  • Products that have been opened, consumed or mishandled after delivery, unless there is a verified product-quality or safety issue

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing the order and before the order has been prepared/dispatched.

Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Any cancellation/refund will remain subject to applicable law.

Smart Bite Naturals reserves the right to investigate each complaint before approving a replacement or refund. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights available under applicable Indian law.
